While a destination wedding takes a lot of the financial burden off of you, there are some things you must know before proceeding. Here's a quick overview of what you need to know.

Group Rates

Most tour operators offer a Group Rate discount based on a minimum number of 10 people. forms of payment: We accept major credit cards, cash, cheques, or email money transfer. Please note that we do not accept debit.

Complimentary Benefits

Every hotel is different in the policies regarding these benefits, also known as comps. Comps can range from every eleventh adult is free to every twenty first room is free. This does not include the tax. Usually a maximum number of comps applies. You may choose what to do with these savings:keep them for yourself, divide it between the guests in your group, or share it with someone who might not be able to afford the trip. The choice is yours.

Early Booking Bonus (EBB)

An Early Booking Bonus is a cost savings incentive given by the tour operator for booking by a certain date. Some EBBs also require payment in full by a specific date. Guests may elect to forfeit these savings in order to have more time to pay. Not all hotels offer an EBB, so we will be discuss EBBs when selecting a resort.

Payment Plans

The Murdoch Travel Advantage is that we will work with your guests to design a monthly Payment Plan that works for them, if needed. Pre-Authorised Payments can either be taken off your credit card or by way of post dated cheques.

Price Drop Guarantee

Certain tour operators offer a one time price drop guarantee on certain hotels. Ask us for details.

Departure Taxes & Tourist Cards

Some countries require a Departure Tax to be paid prior to departure. In others, you are require to obtain a Tourist Card. We will discuss these details with you.
